Whether you manage a single fleet or multiple fleets, CAMMS can make your life easier and keep you on track. Fleet Management in CAMMS allows you to maintain various aircraft and models within different fleets from one centralized application. With custom maintenance schedules and individual logbooks and inventory, maintaining your fleet is simple and efficient.
Managing one or a hundred aircraft in CAMMS is organized and efficient. Each aircraft is separated and controlled within its own utilization area. Maintenance schedules can be applied separately and specifically enabling the customization of each aircraft. As well as tracking all components and logbooks installed, each aircraft also has its own inventory parts tracking capability.
The CAMMS system is pre-loaded with complete maintenance schedules for a variety of aircraft that can be applied all at once with one click according to event category or applied individually for customization. Global event intervals are preset in the maintenance scheduler and carried with the event when applied to the aircraft logbook. However, all events can be customized at the time of application or once they are applied to the aircraft.
Aircraft entered into the CAMMS system are organized through the construction of logbooks, in the order of Airframe, Gears, Engines, and APU. Excluding the APU, all logbooks are attached and linked to the airframe. However, each fleet has a Logbook Inventory where logbooks can be placed for individual updates. Each logbook also can have components directly attached to them.
Individual Parts and Components can be tracked in the CAMMS system on or off the aircraft. When a component is attached to the airframe or any one of the logbooks that are also attached to the aircraft, the component is automatically linked and times and information date will adjust according to the airframe and logbook it’s attached to. Movement of the component from aircraft to shop or storage can also be tracked within the aircraft parts inventory.
The heart of the CAMMS system is the ability to track and monitor your aircraft live and in real-time. Custom Due List, and History Reports can be searched and generated anytime from anywhere, and unlike other systems that organize data strictly according to ATA, the CAMMS system arranges events according to Event Category, making specific searches simple and fast. The report can then be instantly sent to PDF and printed, no holding queue!
The CAMMS system has a complete File Manager incorporated into the base application, and every user in the system has access to 1GB of storage space. Each fleet has a home directory that contains an upload and download folder to retrieve and send check packages and a folder structure for each aircraft in the fleet that holds the maintenance documents of that aircraft such as program manual and master work card manuals.
Staying in touch with program owners, fleet administrators, and system users is easy in CAMMS. Each user will automatically have access to the Message Center, which instantly connects them to the program owner and other members of their fleet. Every time you send a message to someone in CAMMS, they will get a notification in their regular email stating that you have sent them a message within the CAMMS system.
